The Outgrowers Scheme in the Eastern Province has met the targets set for the 2019/20 season.
Over 200 farmers will have benefited from the scheme with most reporting a significant increase in earnings.
Plans are being prepared to expanded in the 2020/21 to include an additional 50 farmers.
Plans are also in place to introduce new varieties of seed.
